Our 2016 Show was our LARGEST EVER!
Help us make 2017 even larger at our new venue, the McClellan Conference Center and Lion’s Gate Hotel!
FEATURES: A 3-Day show (Tuesday through Thursday) featuring a spacious inside Ballroom space, with private breakout rooms available for reservation. Ballroom spaces will be available on a combination of early sign-up PLUS seniority at the show. Show hours are 9 until 6 pm Tuesday/Wednesday, 9 until 3 pm on Thursday. Rep set-up after 2 pm, Monday.
SALES REPRESENTATIVES: Every Sales Representative who attends the show is required to register and pay a registration fee.
RETAILERS: As always, Registration for Retailers is FREE.

EXHIBIT SPACE: In addition to the Registration Fee, vendors will have the choice of booth size, with a limited number of breakout rooms available.
- Ballroom Spaces: Cost for Ballroom Spaces are per square foot, starting with 10′ x 10′ space. (Maximum booth size: 10′ x 30′)
- Breakout Rooms: Cost for Breakout Rooms vary based on the size of the room.
Booth space includes tables and chairs (no curtains/drapes).
REGISTER EARLY! Ballroom Space/Breakout Room placement is on a combination of “first–come / first–served” basis AND your past registration history. It is anticipated that we WILL sell out the Ballroom once again, so register early!
HOTEL SLEEPING ROOMS: We HIGHLY ENCOURAGE both Reps and Retailers to take advantage of the Lion’s Gate Hotel’s discounted room rate to our show by booking your sleeping room through the California Outdoor Sports Show Group Rate.
